Situated just 25 minutes south-east from Pisa airport in gentle hills and amongst vineyards and olive groves. Close by is the ancient town of Lari, and the spa town of Casciana Terme, within easy reach lie Volterra and San Gimignano as well as the sea and various resorts.

The house itself is in the process of restoration. It sits in the tiny hamlet of Ripoli. Originally a 14th century farmhouse it will be finished in classic Tuscan style. The quality of all the work is exceptionally high and uses only traditional local materials, including hand-made terracotta tiles and marble. All rooms will contain pieces of antique furniture and exposed oak beams.
