Agricoltural housing complex is constituited by one basement floor –partially underground- and by two upper floors.
The house was built at the end of IXX century and was enlarged at the beginning of 1900.

Nearly the main house –fisically attached- there is another old building, 400 mc. of restoring volume with the possibility to trasform it in residential use.

The house was ristored with conservative criteria, manteining original utilization of the space, with the use of local materials, as stone and wood.
Roof was restored with original wood beams and a new waterproofing membrane.

At the ground floor we used “cotto fiorentino” for the new paving of kitchen and dinner room. At first level upstairs we have manteined the original paving constitued by old blak and white tiles –beginning of 1900-.
All rooms are dotated by radiators with central wood heating.

The oldest part of the house (built at the end of 1800) is supplyed with dust suction system.
