This is area containing three parcels all together of 110 000 square meters. It is located on North-East side of Poland in land of Mazurian Lakes. It is mainly agricultural terrain. This is very beautiful area by the lake side and surrounded by woods. The Lake Luterskie has firs class of water cleanness and it is proper for water sports such as swimming, windsurfing, sailing, etc. There is private beach and place to keep boat or put it into the water. From Piszewo is near to Olsztyn-the capital city of Warimia i Mazury, Lidzbark Warmiński, Barczewo. There is a big house (400 m2 plus additional 90m2 under house) containing 6 double rooms on first floor, each with own bathroom.
