The house was constructed in 1937 and has traditional 50 centimetre this walls. The window and door surrounds are stone and the walls appear to be in good condition. The house measures 240 square metres of construction and does require modernisation and restoration work to conform to current habitable standards.

There are stone carved corbels to the side of the house, where once a wall plate for a covered terrace would have sat.
The house is situated on a plot measuring 6,040 square metres which is all relatively flat. There is a broad range of mature trees on the land including olive and oak. The property has three wells situated on the land.
