I am a Portuguese living and working here in Holland in Tegelen - Venlo. I have a property in Portugal that I want to sell.

The property
The property consists of a house and a plot of land. the house has a covered area of 208m2 and is surrounded by a piece of land of 683m2. it is situated next to two streets and it has two gates to access the property.

The lot
The house is a reasonable sized one with 208m2 of covered area. it is situated more or less 12m from main street having because of that a garden on the front and it is almost 2m higher than the street level what gives a comfortable position to the living floor. the rest of the land (the backyard which has a lot of fruit trees) is big enough to build another house and a pool or create a enjoyable leisure space. It's even possible to split the property in two and register them as two properties and sell one of them.

Typology
The typology is divided in three floors: a basement (garage for 3 cars and a lot of space will remain left), the living floor with interior stairs to make the connection between both and an attic.
The living floor is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen (by curiosity, the eating table inside the kitchen measures 0.90m x 2.00m) and a big space subdivided in dinning room and living room with fireplace.
There is also an attic with the dimensions of the house only accessible by exterior stairs.

It's possible to use that space to create an apartment.

Location
It is located in a little village called Casa Velha. The village belongs to the municipality of Soure and the distance between both is around 1Km. Such distance can be done easily walking, bus or taxi.

Soure
The village of Soure belongs to the district of Coimbra in the middle of Portugal and is 27Km from the district's capital, the city of Coimbra. Despite of being a small village Soure has its own City Hall. Because of that there is in the municipality High School, Court of Law, hospital, police station, train station and fire department.

The motorway A1 is at 10Km of distance from Soure. This motorway makes a direct connection between Lisbon and Oporto.

Soure -> Lisbon: 186Km; 2:15h driving.
Soure -> Oporto: 139Km; 1:45h driving.

Figueira da Foz
Figueira da Foz it's a seaside town and a popular holiday resort. It's located in the outfall of river Mondego. It has a nice harbor and one of the most beautiful beach of Portugal known as "Praia da claridade" ("Beach of clarity") because of its long beach of white sand. As a holiday resort it's possible to find there anything that one could want for places of the kind, even a casino. The distance from Soure is 34Km (35mn of driving).
