The farm belongs to our company and it is at 15 km from Sibiu. It contains 5 ha (surrounded by a concrete fence), and other 200 ha which are held by lease from Agency of Public Domains for a period of 49 years. The land (205 ha) is registered in official documents together with the farm since 2005. The 205 ha are all in one place and are undivised by any other neighbouring private properties.

Also, the land of the farm is cropped with noble vine, with cereals (maize, barley, wheat, oat), and there is also an orchard.

The farm is connected to the electrical power network, it has its own source of drinking water, and can be connected to the methane gas network.

It obtained the milk quota according the european norms and it holds the operation permit for the year 2008.
