The Godfather is a large country house in good, habitable condition and ready to be moved into. A little clean and TLC maybe needed here and there but this would make an excellent family home. The casa is located in a fully serviced town near Martos, Jaen.

The casa del campo is built on two levels measuring around 200 m2. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen.

Outside you have a large front terrace where you can sit out and keep cool under the shade provided by the grape vines. There also is a good size garage and two outbuildings originally used for storing animals and hay. Surrounding the house are brilliant views of the countryside and mountains.

In the town you will find all amenities and public transport links. Another fully serviced town is Martos, situated a short distance away. The nearest airport is located in Granada, located an hours drive away.
