Some participators will live permenantly at Sanilles and some for few months or weeks in the year, letting out their private space to generate income when they are not there. Some may invest in a share of the whole property and others in just their own living space.

There will be guest rooms for hotel visitors and the thermal spa treatment centre which will also give a return on capital to participators. The management of the spa, the (existing) restaurant and the hotel will undertaken by specialists, thus participators will not be investing in a risk business but in an exceptional property joint venture.
