La Guardiola is an organic olive farm set in the foothills of a mountainous natural park in Catalunya, north east Spain. It is 7.2 Ha and has 600 well-tended olive trees, plus almonds, other fruit and nut trees, and pine forest. The farmhouse is a wooden chalet, 4 years old, with two bedrooms, large salon, kitchen, bathroom and utility. It is set on a terrace of olive trees and has magnificent views of a pastoral valley of olives, almonds and vines and nearby mountains. The farm is very peaceful and private.

The farm also has two stone casitas, both in very good condition,with fireplaces, one has a water cistern/pool. There is a garage and corral and kennel for dogs. There are two wells, a generator in its own shed, a 600,000 litre reservoir and irrigation pipes to the whole farm.

The farm is 4km along a very good driveable track to the large village of Gandesa which has all major facilities, hotels, bus station, banks, shops, schools, swimming pool, etc.
