The house is located in the countryside, close to a few villages, Son Servera, small town (5 minutes) with all usual ammenities such as schools, banks, shops, market, etc. Manacor, large town (10/15 minutes) with larger stores.
Coast(Cala Millor, Porto Cristo( various beaches and harbours 10/15 minutes.
Airport is 40 - 50 minutes away, fast road.
Access routes, Mallorca has recently improved ALL the islands principal highways; with motorways around Palma & the airport area.
