Sunset Villa was only completed in 2004, and is situated on the Lissa Park Complex. It was recently featured on ITV 1's "I want that house". The villa has stunning views of the sea and mountains, the site has maintained gardens, lakeside picnic area, Large pool and kids pool. The Villa has three floors:
On the ground level their is an entrance hallway leading into the lounge/dining room. The living room is equipped with sofa bed (sleeps 2),TV, DVD, HI-FI and a dining table (seats 8). The ground floor also has a fully fitted kitchen complete with fridge/ freezer, oven/hob, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster and much more. Towards the rear you will find the sun terrace which leads onto the pool area.
On the first floor you will find two of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with WC, shower and bath. The master bedroom has a large balcony looking out over the pool area. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with WC and Shower. This room also has a large balcony.
The second floor is home to the spacious "attic bedroom". This room has its own bathroom complete with WC, shower and washing machine. On this floor you will find the sun terrace which looks out over Fethiye bay. The terrace offers all day sunlight and total privacy, ideal for a barbeque or an evening drink.
The Villa is also equipped with the following:-
