The building is located near the famous Andrássy blvd. at Oktogon. Can be entered either form Terez krt or from Jokai utca. The Jokai side door is open for the owners to enter the courtyard for parking.
The building is generally nice and tidy and well kept.
The door to the flat and the kitchen window are on the courtyard side but the windows to the two main rooms over look the quiet Zichy Jeno utca. As it is on the top floor it is very light.
The flat has been renovated and is perfectly good enough to live in.
Also recommend as an investment! Easy to let!
