Forget Cannes - Leeds has a film festival of it's own

Leeds International film festival is the biggest regional film festival in the UK; stars are expected to flock to the festival which takes place in November, with a chance to enjoy a mix of alternative cinema; humour, thrillers, documentaries, and the opportunity to "see the un-seeable" with foreign imports and the best of British Independent Cinema showing in Leeds before anywhere else.
