‘Jet2Plus’ launched across the UK

Following a successful trial, Jet2.com, the low cost airline with six UK bases, has announced that its premium upgrade service, Jet2Plus, is being made available from all bases and on flights from the UK over 2 hours – a total of 27 destinations in all.
From just an additional £24.99 per person, Jet2.com passengers departing from Belfast International, Blackpool, Edinburgh, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Newcastle will enjoy a hassle-free experience, including:
- Priority check-in – get your boarding card in record time
- Security fast track – beat the airport queues
- VIP lounge access – time to relax in a comfortable lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks
- Seating in the front cabin – relax in style
- Premium in-flight meal and drink – exclusive to Jet2plus customers.
The airline has also announced the start of a Jet2PlusUSA service on the recently launched New York service from Leeds Bradford. For an additional £99 per sector, travellers will additionally receive:
- Enhanced food and beverages – Three-course premium meal; hot snack; alcoholic drinks; unlimited teas and coffees
- Inflight entertainment
- Free newspapers and magazines
- Overnight comfort pack
- Extra baggage allowance on return leg – ideal for returning shoppers
- Enhanced leg room
