Construction work has just begun on The Boulevard, a brand new Barratt development off Burton Wood Road, Warrington. The first phase of two-bedroomed apartments is due to be released onto the market any day with pre-construction prices from £130,000.

The Boulevard is a non-standard development and the 188 properties being built are unique for Barratt. As well as luxury apartments there will be a range of three-storey mews homes and two-storey three and four bedroomed houses as well as executive detached properties.

A sales cabin has been erected on the site and sales negotiator Beverley Turner is ready to give house-hunters information and prices.
