First couple settle in at Barratt Homes’ Awel Las

Barratt Homes’ latest Williamstown development has welcomed the first residents to reserve last October, as they settle into their new home. Justin Starkey, 32, and Eleanor Belcher, 29, reserved their dream three bedroom house last October when buyers could purchase their home off plan.

“Barratt’s service was second to none and having them on site should we need anything is excellent.”
Having now moved into their detached three bedroom property with nine month old Jack, Justin and Eleanor are looking forward to their new life in a new home.
