Open Plan living area comprises of a small kitchen, granite worktops.
Views over the decking area and creek. A stable door giving access to the deck at the rear of the property.

Decking Area
On the ground floor there is access to the deck area via the stable door from the living room or the side gate next to the allocated parking space. The deck is a wonderful space for children to play and is safely fenced from the creek. When the tide is low there are many types of waterfowl to be seen from the deck and when the tide comes in you can even do a spot of fishing from the solitude of your own deck.

Off from the living area is bedroom two and the downstairs shower room.
Master Bedroom
From the living area use the spiral staircase to get to the second floor where the bathroom and bedroom one are situated.
The bathroom has a bath with shower overhead and toilet and wash basin.
