Our bungalow named ‘The Rickle’ which was built in 1996, making it just 9yrs old is set in a beautiful secluded coastal location of the South Devon area.The outside of the bungalow was built using the very rustic natural Cornish stone giving a beautiful appearance to the property.
The complete house has been fully fitted with UPVC double glazing in the lovely Georgian Bar effect.It also has been fitted with a gas heating system which has been situated separate to the house.Throughout the house you will find it very spacious with every room being of an excellent size.
The house has a fully fitted Alarm System with several motion detectors, all of which is operated by a touch panel control unit.Our garden is situated facing the South West direction which catches the sun all day.
THE DRIVE:
Upon entering the wooden gate to the property, we have a tarmacadam driveway which can fit up to approx five vehicles.This leads up to the spacious garage which has a generous size of 18'3" x 9'1" and has lighting and power points.Also provided is the driveway lighting, which have been situated within the flower beds to the right.
GARDEN AREA:
Upon walking up to the garden area, the lower tier to the left is where our 6-berth static caravan sits. This comes complete with the house and can certainly generate a substantial amount of money during the summer months by letting out.
The caravan is 17'10" x 10'0" and is fully furnished throughout.Within the caravan you will find a gallery style kitchen, gas hob and oven with grill, a small under-top fridge and several storage units.There is plenty of seating within the lounge area which also makes into a sleeping area for two. The main bedroom has a double bed and plenty of units and drawers for storage. The second bedroom also sleeps two consisting of bunk-beds and storage units. There is also a bathroom which has WC, Wash basin and shower.Outside of the caravan there is a paved patio area which includes a built-in barbecue for that evening dining.
KITCHEN:
The fully fitted modern kitchen is a size of 11’10” x 9’9”. The work surfaces are fully tiled. We have a built in double oven and new gas hob. There is an integrated dishwasher and plumbing for washing machine. Plenty of space underneath worktops for all other appliances.There are plenty of power points around the kitchen and also a television point. The flooring consists of large floor tiles. The tGeorgian style windows provide great views to the surrounding countryside.

MASTER BEDROOM:
This bedroom has a size of 13’5” x 12’4” and has been fully fitted out with modern bedroom furniture, which consists of fitted wardrobes, corner displays and bridged units around the bed which are fully lighted.There are further wardrobes which are mirrored along with extra display and corner units around the room.From the large Georgian style window you can view the beautiful countryside and breathtaking views of the sea and beyond.
FAMILY BATHROOM:
The bathroom consists of a fully fitted suite which includes a WC, Wash Basin and Bath. The room is fully tiled from floor to ceiling with splashbacks and also has a wall mounted radiator.
LOUNGE DINER:
This large spacious main room is a size of 20’8” x 14’4” and consists of a beautiful fireplace built in natural Cornish stone.The room has wooden ceiling beams, four wall mounted radiators, fitted wall lights surrounding the room and several power points.The large sliding UPVC patio door which also has the Georgian bar effect fitted leads out onto the garden area and spectacular views.
