Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac - really friendly and great for children as its safe!

We have put in a new bathroom, kitchen, double glazed the windows and porch. We have added a new roof (with velux windows) and have replaced the roof, windows and back door on the lean-to.

The house has been decorated inside recently. You really could move in tomorrow (well, once you've bought it!). If you prefer more of a project the neighbours have extended into the loft and out the back, so there is potential subject to planning etc.

We have a through lounge/dining room but have retained the dividing wall and both doors so that the buyer can change it back to separate rooms if they prefer. For us, we preferred having more length to the room and an open area for our son!

We have off-street parking for one car - although there is the potential for making this 2 or more.

Our garden is long and easily fits in a large trampoline, shed, swing etc. We have 3 apple trees, a conference pear tree and a cherry tree. It is south, south-west facing - that means its just a tad off South facing - sunny all the time whilst the house remains cool in the summer.

The area is great - close to Hornchurch, Romford and Elm Park (although officially its Hornchurch). Good for commuters to get into London either via Romford or Elm Park.

We are 10 mins from a park and riding stables.

Local schools are Wykeham and St Marys Catholic School. Children in the location either go to Campions, Albany or Sanders Draper. Great Ind school locally (Raphaels Ind School).
