The site currently has no planning permission, the last passed application for 2 luxury dwellings and garages having lapsed sometime ago. I am reliably informed that the site will take more than 2 properties and on speaking to the local planning office have confirmed that they would look comfortably at re-devlopment of the land, subject to planning. There is a 3 bed dwelling located to one end of the land, this would prob need to be demolished for better access.
