All local facilities are within two or three minutes walk from the property. The Isle of Man has exceptionally favourable taxation laws and income tax as a resident on Island is very favourable indeed. There is also no Capital Gains or Inheritance taxation on the Island. The Island has excellent airport connections and ferry with UK and Ireland and has very good schools, roads, and breathtaking scenery throughout.
