The House is situated at the top of St Edmunds Hill, ¼ of a mile from Glastonbury Tor and has panoramic views of the Levels, Highbridge and the Tor. Close to shops and amenities, there is a bus route, which runs from Wells to Street or Bridgewater, via the town just a short walk away.

It is a semi-detached house that has double glazing throughout and gas central heating.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has two windows facing west, central heating and a telephone socket. It also has a walk in cupboard, which could be easily converted to stairs for the attic, which is ¾ boarded.

The second bedroom is a reasonable size and big enough for a double bed, the window faces east and there is a view of Glastonbury Tor, the Somerset levels and Wells.

The Bathroom has a white suite comprising of an enamel bath with tiling to splash prone areas, a pedestal wash basin, and a low level W.C. There is an electric shower unit and shower curtain and rail.

There is some room for improvements such as a conservatory or dining area. Also the attic could be converted. Being at the top of a hill, solar power and with planning permission a wind generator could bring a source of cheap electricity.
