Citroen LCVs - a record-breaking September!

Citroen has had its best-ever month for UK light commercial vehicle (LCV) sales in September. At 4,198 vehicles, Citroen’s LCV sales are up 6.1 per cent on the company’s previous best month, which was in March this year.

An excellent performance by the all-new Dispatch and Relay ranges (with sales of 714 and 761 units respectively), backed by a continuing, very strong sales performance by the Euro 4 Berlingo range (2,685 units), all contributed towards Citroen’s record-breaking September. In September the company took an 8.71 per cent share of the LCV market.

Robert Handyside, Citroen’s commercial vehicles operations manager, commented, “Our record breaking sales performance during September provides a clear indication that Citroen’s unique combination of advanced technology, which includes the standard fitment of sat nav and stolen vehicle tracking to Relay and Dispatch panel vans, high specification levels and competitive pricing appeals to a wide range of customers.”
