We sell a small company dealing with watersports, by operating a semi-submarine boat and doing excursions to the islands around. Seavis Watersport S.A., a company established under dominican law. It is operating in Bayahibe, south east coast of the Dominican Republic.

Seavis Watersport has the permit to operate a semi submarine and the permit for excursions by boat.
Sales point is a rented hut in perfect position at the beach of Bayahibe, in perfect position.
The operation is an already established company well known in the Secretaria de Estado de Turismo, so it´s easy to extend the permit to other activities like Scuba and Excursions over Land

Activities:

The semi submarine cruises over the coral reef right out of the Bayahibe beach, we do 1 hour tours
The Motor Catamaran mainly is used for island excursions, there are 2 well known islands near Bayahibe, the best seller is Saona Island, every tourist wants to go to Saona, it´s a must when staying in the east of Bayahibe. The second island is Catalina Island. We take out snorkelers and people just want to stay at the post card beach.

The boat is prepared for Scuba ( with a very strong stainless steel ladder ) and fishing.
Employed is 1 captain fix, another 1 day wise, 1 sales person working on commission base.
We also have an travel agency selling for us.

Description Bayahibe:

We are located in Bayahibe, near this village are realy the best dive spots of the dominican republic and Bayahibe is a tourist area which is still developing. The tourists coming and will come in future are high class guests, no cheap tourism, like in other parts of the island. Hotels are 4 and 5*.

The village itself is still a Caribbean village, with small guesthouses, a nice public beach, a lot of restaurants ( more then 10 )

Around Bayahibe are already 5 huge All Inclusive Resorts with already 4000 rooms, 3 more Resorts will be start the construction this year. Others are planned. Bayahibe is still developing. There will be a new marina, one of the biggest in the Caribbean, work should start this year. Close to Bayahibe is the 5* golf resort Casa de Campo with it´s pier for cruise ships, lot of these cruise ship pax. come to Bayahibe beach when the ships call La Romana. Further we will be presented through Casa de Campo to the cruise ship pax.

The village itself hosts individuell traveling holiday makers, there are more the 100 rooms in small private facilities.

Living in Bayahibe is comfortable, as a high class touristic area there is 24 hours electricity and always water available ( not everywhere in the DR like that ).
La Romana is near ( 20 min by car ), with very good possibilities for shopping, go out in the evening, hospitals and schools.

Next airport is La Romana, 15 min drive.

To the capital Santo Domingo it´s 1,5 hours to drive.

Conditions of sale:

Seavis Watersport is a share holder company. We own it complete and would prefer to sell complete instead of splitting it. The price we ask is only 45000 US$, a reasonable price as there is a lot of equipment in very good conditions and the profit is good as well.
