Taylor Wimpey to bring new homes to Keynsham

Leading house builder Taylor Wimpey has agreed to purchase a 17.5 acre site on Park Road in Keynsham, bringing much needed quality housing to Bristol.

The development, which has been named The Meadows, will see 185 new homes being built. The properties will comprise of one and two bedroom apartments, as well as two, three, four, five and six bedroom homes.

The project will see the redevelopment of the site off Park Road and Taylor Wimpey will be contributing to the extension of Castle Primary School as well as to upgrade and improve the local highway and public footpaths. The developer will also be providing a seven acre area of public open space which will include several play areas, a football pitch and changing facilities.
