You agree not to submit any Content which is deliberately intended to upset other users.


You acknowledge that any breach of these warranties may cause us damage or loss and you agree to indemnify us in full and permanently against any third party liabilities, claims, costs, loss or damage we incur as a result of publishing Content you submit to us, including consequential losses.

8. News Releases/Articles with Links

In relation to the purchase of links from Easier Ltd, the following conditions apply:

3 links per article will be displayed.

The links are non transferable.

The links are to the website or business featured within the news article only.

Articles will remain on Easier.com for a minimum of 12 months.

Where multiple links have been purchased, the link allocation must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase.


9. Privacy Policy


Registration data and other personally identifiable information that we may collect is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.



10. Third Party Services


Goods and services of third parties may be advertised and/or made available on or through the Site. Representations made regarding products and services provided by third parties are governed by the policies and representations made by these third parties. We shall not be liable for or responsible in any manner for any of your dealings or interaction with third parties.
