The survey results follow the recent award of a maximum five-star rating for customer satisfaction to Taylor Wimpey by the Home Builders’ Federation (HBF), with 90% of the housebuilder’s customers nationwide saying they are satisfied with the quality of their new home and would recommend Taylor Wimpey to a friend.
