Redrow South West is launching a new site, Wallscourt Park at Long Down Avenue, Bristol. The development will have 97 properties, offering a mixture of four and five bedroom homes from as little as £329,995.

Wallscourt Park makes up part of the ‘Cheswick Village’ in Stoke Park, South Gloucestershire alongside The Bowery, which has proved very popular amongst families and couples alike.

The stunning selection of brand new properties at Wallscourt Park includes the Balmoral, Cambridge, Canterbury, Hampstead 5, Harrogate and Salisbury housetypes. These generous, family homes offer plenty of space, open plan living and designs which capture the essence of traditional British home building that the New Heritage Collection stands for.

Hannah Pollard, Sales Manager for Redrow (South West), said: “The homes at Wallscourt Park make for an ideal solution for families who want an easy life and feel confident that their home is both efficient and cost effective to run.

“With Part Exchange available on selected properties, now is the ideal time to upgrade your living space. Not to mention the added bonus of the Redrow Early Bird Scheme these properties will be in high demand.”

If you’ve got your eye on a particular home at one of our developments, but it’s yet to be officially released for sale, don’t worry – you can now make sure you don’t miss out by reserving it with our Early Bird Scheme.

The Early Bird Scheme is very simple, put down a fully refundable deposit of £500, complete a short Early Bird Reservation form and then simply wait for your home to be released for sale. Then, as Redrow approach the release they will contact you to give you first refusal before it goes on general sale. If for any reason you cannot proceed with the purchase, Redrow will simply return your £500 deposit, no questions asked.

The new site is ideally located just a few miles from Bristol and within easy reach of the M4 and M5, offering commuter convenience, with the welcome of community living to come home too.

Redrow’s Part Exchange and NewBuy schemes will be available, making owning a brand new property more achievable.

Part Exchange is the easiest and most straight forward way to move to your new dream home as there are no lengthy chains getting in the way, and all your estate agent fees paid for you. It is also a quick, stress-free and appealing solution for movers who are struggling to find a buyer. Part Exchange is available to homebuyers as long as the value of the existing property is worth a minimum 35% less than the chosen Redrow home.

NewBuy was designed to kick-start the housing market by underwriting mortgages up to 95% of the property’s value at competitive interest rates, NewBuy will be available to customers spending up to £500,000 on a newly built home.
