Sales success for new homes in Ormskirk
With five sales in as many weeks, new Redrow homes in Ormskirk are proving popular.
Launched last month and featuring designs from the sought-after New Heritage Collection, Oakwood Park is off to a flying start.

Homes currently available to buy ‘off plan’ include two-bedroom properties from £149,995 and four-bedroom detached family homes, priced from £249,995.

The homes are available with 95% mortgages under the NewBuy initiative, enabling those without a large deposit or who don’t have a substantial amount of equity in the property they are selling to enjoy the benefits of owning a brand new Redrow home.
It may also offer a ‘rent to buy’ solution for those who haven’t sold their current home. They can consider renting out their existing property by converting to a buy to let mortgage and then use NewBuy and a 95% mortgage to buy a brand new home at Oakwood Park.
Inspired by the architecture of the Arts and Crafts movement, the 71 new homes being built on the site of a former timber yard in Wigan Road will look very traditional from the outside. Inside they will be bright, modern and full of family friendly features with well equipped kitchens and quality fixtures and fittings throughout.

A show home at Oakwood Park is due to open in October.
