Leading developer Bloor Homes is holding a part exchange weekend on 8th and 9th of September at Scholars Grange in Duston to give perspective buyers the opportunity to purchase a stunning detached property in this enviable location in Northamptonshire.

This special event means that choosing to move into a three or four bedroom home at Scholars Grange couldn’t be easier! Bloor Homes offer to exchange your old home for 105% of its market value, meaning you do not have to worry about selling your current home and the whole purchase process can be completed in a matter of weeks. All estate agent fees and valuations are taken care of for the buyer.

Bloor Homes will determine the market value of a purchaser’s present home by asking three local estate agents to provide a valuation of the property, based on the price the agent believes the property will achieve for an immediate sale. For a limited period, Bloor Homes will offer 105% of this sale price. If that offer is accepted, buyers can reserve their new Bloor Home, subject to contract and survey, with a £750 deposit.

Vanessa Macnee, Sales Director of Bloor Homes comments: “By part exchanging a property, purchasers don’t get stuck in a selling chain but are able to focus on moving into their brand new Bloor home.”

“When you express an interest in buying a new home through our part exchange scheme, one of our sales consultants discusses the proposal with you and ensures that your current property matches our standard criteria. We then commission three independent market valuations of the property by local estate agents. Based on the valuations and subject to the survey, if you are happy with the offer we make, the purchase process can be completed easily from there as though you were a cash buyer.”

“We will purchase the property from you and take full responsibility for selling it on. Once contracts are signed you will be free to move into your new home as soon as it is completed.”
