New designs make their debut at Burton Woods

House hunters in County Durham now have a wider variety of homes to choose from at Burton Woods in Spennymoor, including two new designs being built for the first time in the North East.

Housebuilder David Wilson is launching a new phase at this popular development at Whitworth Park, with homes set around a feature square and benefiting from panoramic country views.

The “Chelworth” is a double-fronted home offering a generous 1,700 sq ft of living space.
