Thanks to a recent change in the rules, which had previously prevented part exchange being used in conjunction with 95% mortgages under the NewBuy initiative, more homebuyers than ever can get valuable help to move.

It’s fantastic news for those without substantial equity in their current property as they can now upgrade to a brand new Redrow home with a deposit of as little as 5%, while Redrow effectively acts as cash for their existing property.

This winning formula means there is no better time to move on in or move on up to a brand new home.
