First time buyers in Warton are being urged to take advantage of a popular scheme being offered at Taylor Wimpey North West’s Meadows View development – before it’s too late.
You could be living in a beautiful three bedroom home for less than you think when you purchase using the home builder’s FirstBuy scheme.
FirstBuy aims to help buyers get on the property ladder by reducing both the initial cost of their sought-after first home and that all important deposit to find to just five per cent.
Under the scheme, purchasers will own 100 per cent of their property from day one but pay for only 80 per cent at the time of buying, which means monthly mortgage payments are greatly reduced.
