Sales success for Barratt in Bristol

16th May 2013 Print

Apartments at Barratt’s city centre development in Bristol have proved one of the region’s property successes with five reservations at The Zone in just one day.

ND10@TheZone is the final phase of apartments at this popular development from the five star housebuilder with the homes proving a draw for first time buyers and investors.

Barratt sales director Andrea Pilgrim said the recent success is down to a number of factors from limited availability through to the development’s central location and government-backed schemes to help buyers.

“The apartments are always in demand but to sell five in one day was a record,’’ said Andrea. “The market has been steadily improving and the level of sales at The Zone is a great example of the confidence we are seeing.’’

She said the launch last month of the government-backed Help to Buy scheme had provided an important boost for buyers.

“We think that interest will continue to grow as people understand that they can get on the property ladder with a significantly lower deposit than they might have expected,’’ said Andrea. “The Help to Buy scheme is the biggest single development in the housing market for the last five years and is already leading to surging numbers of local enquiries.’’

ND10@TheZone is located in the heart of the business district of Temple Quay, close to Cabot Circus Shopping Centre and Temple Meads Station. And buyers at the development can also take advantage of an attractive roof terrace and residents-only gym.

Current availability includes contemporary one and two bedroom apartments priced from £139,995.

Prospective buyers can visit ND10@TheZone which is now open seven days a week from 11am until 6pm. For further log onto barratthomes.co.uk.
