Buying a new large family home in today’s market is now achievable with the government’s new scheme Help to Buy. The government backed initiative is available on properties at Taylor Wimpey North West’s popular Millers Brow development up to the value of £600,000!

The homes available at the development include a beautiful selection of four bedroom detached homes. Prices start from £184,995 for the Manningford, but Help to Buy allows you to secure one of these properties with just a 5% deposit of £9,250. Under the scheme you get a mortgage for 75% of the property and the remaining 20% takes the form of an equity loan payable in five years’ time.

Lynne Vogel, regional sales manager for Taylor Wimpey North West, comments: “The scheme is a real help if you’re struggling to save a deposit for a larger home, which can be up to 15% of the property price. It also gives you the financial breathing space to save money, whilst actually owning your own property rather than spending your hard earned cash on rent.”

The Manningford would make the perfect family home. It comprises an open plan kitchen/ dining room with French doors providing access to the rear garden, a separate living room and downstairs cloakroom, all of which are accessible from the hallway.

On the first floor you’ll find the master bedroom with en-suite, three further bedrooms and the family bathroom. This stunning property also benefits from an integral single garage and driveway.

Lynne added: “I’d urge those looking at buying a new property to consider all the options available, this scheme might be an ideal way for you to get on or climb the property ladder. Visit the marketing suite at Millers Brow where our sales executives can advise you on Help to Buy or our alternative schemes that could support you with your move.”

As well as four bedroom homes, there is one three bedroom Hemsworth currently on release from £132,995, this property is also available through Help to Buy.

Millers Brow is situated in Greater Manchester close to a number of green spaces and parks which include Tweedale Common, Irk Valley, Blackley Forest, Nutbank Common, Heaton Park and Boggart Hole Clough.

For further information about the homes at Millers Brow visit the marketing suite located on Old Market Street, open from 11am – 5.30pm Thursday to Monday, or visit taylorwimpey.co.uk/millersbrow.
