Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey is investing £1.1 million in local community facilities as part of its Beauchamp Mill development in Stotfold.

The money is being provided to local authorities to improve existing public services and infrastructure as construction work continues at the development of high-quality family-size homes, in Taylors Road.

The £1.1 million pledged by Taylor Wimpey in association with Beauchamp Mill includes £914,929 towards the cost of lower, middle and upper schools, £84,712 towards early years education and day care, £73,558 towards sustainable transport schemes and a further £26,801 towards children’s play areas and recreational space.
