People looking for a new home in Pewsey are being offered a helping hand by new home specialist Redcliffe Homes thanks to the launch of the Government’s Help to Buy scheme.

Launched earlier in the year, the Help to Buy scheme was announced in this year’s budget and gives people on all stages of the property ladder the opportunity to purchase a new home with a deposit of just five per cent.

Available at Redcliffe’s Whatley Drive development in Pewsey this new Government scheme will lend up to 20 per cent of the value of the property through an equity loan.

The purchaser will have to place a five percent deposit and fund the remaining cost of the property with a mortgage giving them 100% ownership of their home.

Or for one of the three-bedroom houses under Help to Buy, the cost will now be £236,000 with a deposit of £14,750.
