Morris celebrates sales success in Hinckley with launch of show home

Morris Homes has unveiled the first show home at its new Richmond Park development in Hinckley, following high demand from local buyers keen to snap up a property at the site.

The housebuilder has already sold seven homes off-plan at the development in the first six weeks since the launch. The new show home gives buyers an insight into the style of the properties they can expect, and Morris has teamed up with interior designers Marren to furnish a detached four-bedroom Winster house at the site on Stoke Road.

The rural theme of the new show home reflects the traditional design of the house, with a mix of opulent cream and blue finishings throughout the spacious kitchen and adjoining conservatory. Touches of silver and gold in the bedrooms also help to give visitors a flavour of how their new build home could look.

A separate utility room is found on the ground floor of the property whilst the master bedroom boasts a contemporary en-suite shower room.

Cindy Cade, regional sales director at Morris, said: “We’ve been eager to open the show home at Richmond Park since the site was launched, as it’s a great way for buyers to envisage what their home will look like once they have moved in.

The homes at Richmond Park are just half a mile from the historic market town of Hinckley and next to schools including Richmond Primary School, whilst also offering buyers the convenience of access to major road networks including the A5 and M69.

Morris currently has a mix of three and four-bedroom houses for sale at the sites. The properties are available with the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which means buyers only need a five per cent deposit to get on or move up the property ladder in Hinckley.
