Taylor Wimpey is holding an open day at its Signet Grange development in Houghton Le Spring on Saturday 24 August to tie in with the launch of two brand-new show homes.

The focussed and informal show home opening day follows a surge in visitor numbers and enquiries which has resulted in more than 10 off-plan reservations being taken at the scheme.

Offering a superb mix of two, three and four bedroom properties from just £174,995 with the availability of Help to Buy – Signet Grange caters to the full spectrum of buyers and local house-hunters are advised to attend.

Joan Peart, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey said: “Signet Grange is a fabulous development that encompasses the best of stylish, modern living in the pleasant outskirts of Houghton Le Spring.

“Our stunning Monksford and Eynsham show homes will arrest the attention and provide visitoirs with a real flavour of the excellent lifestyle offered at Signet Grange.”

The government backed Help to Buy initiative enables eligible purchasers to reserve a brand new home with just five per cent deposit. Thanks to a government loan of up to 20 per cent, buyers then only need to secure a 75 per cent loan to value mortgage.

“Help to Buy will enable buyers to launch themselves into sizeable brand new properties without breaking the bank for a deposit.”

Joan concludes: “Given the popularity of the location and high levels of footfall, I would encourage prospective buyers in the area to come along to the event and find out more about this exciting development.”
