A survey of around 3500 British Homeowners by primelocation.com indicates that, even if money was no object, a four to five bedroom property is the ideal sized home, with 39% opting for a detached property. The four bedroom detached homes currently available at Bloor’s Hinckley Park development in South Leicestershire tick these boxes and offer the perfect fit for people looking for a stunning family home.

With a variety of four bedroom homes on offer at Hinckley Park, ranging from £247,500 to £340,000, cost needn’t be a hurdle, especially as all the properties are available with the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme, which provides up to 20% of the purchase price by way of an equity loan, thereby reducing the amount of deposit and mortgage required.

The detached four bedroom Caulke is an excellent example of the homes for sale at Hinckley Park. The ground floor boasts a magnificent kitchen/diner with family area and French doors leading to the rear garden. In addition, there is a spacious lounge, a study which could double as a children’s playroom or TV room, a utility cupboard and cloakroom.

The first floor boasts a stunning galleried landing with four bedrooms, a family bathroom and additional storage on the landing. The master bedroom features fitted wardrobes and en-suite facilities.

Vanessa Macnee, Sales Director of Bloor Homes, comments: “It is good to have confirmation that at Hinckley Park we have succeeded in providing what buyers really want. At Bloor Homes we always strive to put together the perfect design, the ideal location and the right variety of properties to create homes that meet purchasers’ aspirations.” …more

Handy for the M69, which provides fast links to the M6 and the M1 for easy access to Coventry, Leicester, Birmingham and the rest of the UK, Hinckley Park is perfect for commuters. For those with more leisure time, local amenities include the Ashby Canal, where you can hire a narrow boat or enjoy the scenic views on a boat trip; the non-league football team Hinckley United; Hinckley Rugby Club, which plays in national leagues; and a respected local cricket club.

These four bedroom properties at Hinckley Park are priced from £247,500 to £340,000. All are available through the Help to Buy scheme, whereby the Government lends up to 20% of the value of the property via an equity loan which can repaid at any time or on the sale of the property. The buyer then only needs to find a 5% deposit, and arrange a mortgage for the remainder of the purchase price.
