House-hunters in Norfolk are being urged to act now to secure their dream home at Taylor Wimpey’s Beaufort Park at this year’s price, ready for a 2014 move.

House prices across the country are on the up, but prospective buyers who reserve their preferred plot now at the popular development in Carbrooke can take advantage of today’s fantastic deals – and guard against the possibility of paying a higher price later.

And with the Government’s new Help To Buy shared equity scheme available at Beaufort Park, would-be buyers might be surprised by just how affordable purchasing a new-build home with the leading housebuilder can be.

Tammy Taylor, Regional Sales Manager for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Now is the perfect time for house-hunters to purchase one of the stunning new homes we have available to buy at Beaufort Park.

“Homebuyers who act quickly can take advantage of this year’s house prices, which are guaranteed even if prices of similar homes have risen by the time their new home is ready to move into next year.”

There is a selection of great value homes currently available to buy at Beaufort Park, including two-bedroom homes from only £104,995 and three-bedroom properties starting at just £137,995.

The three-bedroom ‘Hadleigh’ townhouse, for example, is priced from £135,995 and features a generous living/dining room with French doors opening out to the private rear garden, plus a kitchen/breakfast room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

On the first floor, the landing leads to two bedrooms and a main bathroom, while an en-suite master bedroom can be found on the top floor. Outside, there is a garage and allocated parking.

Under Help To Buy, first-time buyers and those with a property to sell can secure their new home for 80% of its full price, including a deposit as low as 5%.

Help To Buy involves a Government loan of up to 20% and is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

Beaufort Park enjoys a peaceful woodland location between the quiet village of Carbrooke and the attractive market town of Watton, which offers shops catering for everyday needs and a choice of nursery and primary schools.
For a wider choice of shopping and leisure, Thetford is only 15 miles from the development and the city of Norwich is less than 25 miles away by road.

To find out more about securing a 2014 home for a 2013 price at Beaufort Park, prospective property buyers can visit the Sales Information Centre, located off Norwich Road, Carbrooke, IP25 6GY, and open Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm and on Mondays from 1.30pm to 5pm.
