Barratt North East has unveiled two stylish new showhomes at Meadow Rise in Stockton.

The ‘Gloucester’ and ‘Keswick’ designs are from the housebuilder’s award-winning Premier Collection and blend traditional exteriors with light and spacious interiors suited to modern living.

The four-bedroom ‘Gloucester’ detached house provides almost 1,100 sq ft of versatile interior space.

It has a light and airy living room, leading into a contemporary kitchen with dining area and French windows, plus a utility room, cloakroom and integral garage. Upstairs the master bedroom has an en suite.

The ‘Keswick’ is a three-bedroom townhouse with shower room, utility room, and bedroom/study on the ground floor, along with an integral garage.

On the first floor is a large open-plan living and dining room, and kitchen with breakfast area for informal dining. The second floor has two double bedrooms, both with en suites.

Meadow Rise forms part of a major regeneration scheme. The development has proved popular with young families and professionals and is growing into a thriving new community with around 180 Barratt homes now occupied.

The housebuilder has a selection of two, three and four bedroom homes currently released for sale, priced from £99,995 to £169,995.

Buyers could take advantage of the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which enables them to purchase a place of their own with just a five per cent deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage.

Barratt also offers its own 7-day part exchange service.

The showhomes and sales office, on George Stephenson Boulevard, are open from 10.00am to 5.00pm daily (11.00am to 6.00pm on Mondays).
