Morris Homes opens new Coppull development

Morris Homes has opened its new Highwood Grange development in Coppull, with a selection of three and-four bedroom detached new build properties now available.

Upon completion there will be 28 two, three and four-bedroom homes at the development, providing buyers with a secluded countryside location that is within easy reach of Bolton, Wigan and Chorley.

The Government-backed Help to Buy scheme will be available on properties at Highwood Grange, which means that only 5% of the value of the home is needed as a deposit to get onto or move up the property ladder. A further 20% of the deposit is provided by the Government in the form of a loan, which is interest free for five years.

The first range of properties on sale at the Clancutt Lane development include the three-bedroom detached Ely house type, a family home that offers a generous living space and a downstairs cloakroom.
