Anglian house hunters looking to buy new but who have a property of their own to sell are finding the buying incentives available at one development too good to miss out on.

Home Change is available on selected plots at the Persimmon Homes development at Brook Park, in Hoveton.

The scheme allows the builder to use its contacts to help sell a buyer’s current property. Persimmon arranges at least two valuations, agrees a price and then markets the house, meaning there are no estate agent fees.

Alison Page, head of sales and marketing at Persimmon Homes Anglia said: “Home Change can take a lot of the pain out of selling a home and is proving increasingly popular. Our expert sales advisors bring all of their knowledge and experience to the table and work with the customer whether they want to upsize or downsize.
“Home Change is just one of our part exchange options, so we can tailor what we offer to every buyer’s individual circumstances.”

Brook Park is a superb mix of two, three and four bedroom semi-detached and detached houses and two and three bedroom bungalows that found instant appeal with not only first time buyers and growing families but also retired couples looking to downsize.

Property prices start from as little as £155,950 for a two bed mid terrace house, going up to £264,950 for a four bedroom property while the two bedroom bungalows have an asking price starting at £236,950, with the three bedroom bungalows starting at £254,950.

And if you reserve your brand new home on or by November 10 and complete by December 20 you could be in for Christmas!

The development is located in the very heart of the Norfolk Broads where residents will be free to explore the surrounding countryside or stroll alongside the many waterways for which this part of East Anglia is famous.

Hoveton itself is a peaceful village separated from its more lively neighbour Wroxham by the River Bure. These two sit side by side and offer the best of both worlds – the quiet tranquillity of Brook Park’s lovely homes and the lively bustling Wroxham with its many pubs, restaurants and shops.
