A £45 million pound boost for Kingswood Parks

One of the country’s leading house builders is set to develop in the popular residential area of Kingswood Parks in Hull.

Yorkshire-based Persimmon Homes Yorkshire plans to build 340 much needed new homes after signing a deal to buy a 20 acre parcel of land off Richmond Way in Kingswood Parks.

Construction at the site, named Parklands, is scheduled to commence in early 2014 with the first properties reserved off plan expected to be commenced by June 2014.
