Morris Homes hosts first-time buyer event in Oswaldtwistle

Morris Homes is holding a first-time buyer event next weekend to give househunters in Oswaldtwistle advice on buying a property in the town.

The event, on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th November, will take place at Morris’ Peel Fold development on Stanhill Lane from 10.30am to 5.30pm.

An Independent Financial Advisor will be on hand to offer mortgage advice and explain more about the initiatives available to help first-time buyers onto the property ladder, such as Help to Buy.

More than 12,000 buyers across the UK have now reserved their new homes using Help to Buy, and the event will give first-time buyers an insight into how the process works, and how it could help them.

Sales advisors will also be available to talk about the three and four-bedroom homes currently on sale at Peel Fold. The site has proved incredibly popular with buyers and half of the properties have already been reserved.
