Morris Homes has unveiled three new show homes at its Bridgewater Park development in Northwich, following high demand from local buyers keen to snap up a property at the popular site.

Morris has already sold 41 homes at the Winnington Avenue site since it opened just six months ago, and the housebuilder has teamed up with interior designers Marren to furnish three of the different house types on sale.

The four-bedroom Winster show home has a traditional feel, with a pale blue and silver décor enhancing the stylish design of the home, whilst the Dunham three-bedroom detached property features a stunning lounge and kitchen-diner with contemporary grey, white and yellow furnishings.

Alongside these properties is the four-bedroom detached Staunton. Styled with a sophisticated neutral décor with touches of burnt orange, the home combines traditional design with contemporary features. All three show homes are now open to give style inspiration to buyers.

Chris Minshall, regional sales director at Morris, said: “A well styled show home is an important tool for buyers to help them envisage what their home will look like once they have moved in, and we have worked closely with the team at Marren to leave buyers with lots of design ideas.

“We have seen considerable interest in the homes at Bridgewater Park since it opened in April and buyers are eager to see the finished product. The design team have done a great job in creating three styles that complement the individual house types, and the show homes represent the superior design of the properties available at the site.”

The homes at Bridgewater Park are located just a mile from Northwich town centre, whilst also offering buyers the convenience of access to the local motorway network, for commuting into Manchester and Chester.

Morris currently has a selection of two, three and four-bedroom properties on sale at the development. The homes are available with the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which means buyers only need five per cent of the value of the home as a deposit to get onto or move up the property ladder in Northwich.

The properties are on sale from £154,750 or £123,800 with Help to Buy. For more information on the homes and offers available at Bridgewater Park visit the sales office at Winnington Avenue, Northwich, CW8, 4ED (open daily 10:30am to 5:30pm), or log on to morrishomes.co.uk.
