Following on from the success of The Park at Sutton Benger, award-winning housebuilder Redrow has acquired land for 21 more homes adjacent to the current development in North Wiltshire.

The 3.5 acre site at Hazelwood Farm, just off the village High Street, was bought with the benefit of planning permission. Redrow plans to replace the dilapidated farm buildings and storage areas with beautiful homes from its New Heritage Collection; traditional looking homes with contemporary interiors, built-in efficiency and the quality synonymous with Redrow.

The mix of homes planned for this development are sure to attract couples and families to this corner of Wiltshire, where the additional land is earmarked for 15 family homes of three, four and five bedrooms along with six affordable properties.

As well as the new homes available at Sutton Benger, almost half of the site will be dedicated public open space for play and recreational use. Redrow is also making significant contributions to the local community, totalling in excess of £150,000 and helping to fund local facilities and education.

Lee Hawker, land director for Redrow (South West), said: “The Park continues to prove extremely popular with homebuyers. As such, we are delighted to have acquired this neighbouring site which will enable us to bring even more high quality family housing to the area.”

This follow-on development is bound to prove just as popular as the current properties at The Park and homebuyers are encouraged to register their interest today to make sure they get the pick of the plots. To find out more, visit redrow.co.uk/developments/the-park-at-sutton-benger.
