Morris Homes has unveiled its first show home at its Elmesthorpe Gardens development in Elmesthorpe, to give potential buyers an insight into how their new property could look.

The housebuilder has teamed up with interior designers Marren to furnish the five-bedroom Stratford home providing buyers with a flavour of the styles of properties available at the development on Wilkinson Lane.

The detached Stratford is an impressive three-storey property and is decorated with modern, earthy tones throughout. The show home features five bedrooms and a spacious lounge with a dining area, and boasts a walk in wardrobe and en-suite with the master bedroom.

Cindy Cade, regional sales director at Morris, said: “We’ve opened the doors to our brand new show home at Elmesthorpe Gardens to help buyers envisage what their new property could look like once they have moved in.

“The Stratford is a spacious family home that combines traditional design with contemporary interior styling and we have worked closely with Marren to give buyers all the inspiration they need to transform their new homes.”

Elmesthorpe Gardens has a range of four-bedroom homes currently on sale, priced from £274,750, and a selected number of plots are available with free carpets and curtains*.

The development is situated in Elmesthorpe, which is located a short distance from Hinckley and Leicester and offers buyers easy access to the local motorway network for commuting into Coventry and Northampton. Morris’ Part Exchange scheme is available at the site, which sees the housebuilder purchase a buyer’s existing home for 100 percent of its market value, speeding up the moving process.
