HCR unveils smart new serviced accommodation at former Olympic Village

Businesses seeking out serviced accommodation in one of London’s most up-and-coming districts need look no further - thanks to a new offering from HCR Group.

The leading employee relocation and rented property specialist has secured a deal at East Village, to provide properties in one of the capital’s best connected neighbourhoods.

“Regular users of serviced accommodation in London can now book high standard Serviced Apartments at economical prices at the site of the 2012 Olympic Village,” said Rob Dolbear, managing director of HCR.

“We’re tremendously excited about this new deal because it allows us to offer a selection of excellent properties with significant savings.

“The apartments are perfect for anyone planning a work-stay in London; they are set in acres of picturesque parkland right next door to Westfield Shopping Centre and with fantastic transport links into the city.”

East Village has easy access to 195 trains an hour from nearby Stratford International - more than either Victoria or Waterloo. The site is just seven minutes from St Pancras by train - and no more then 12 minutes from the city.

“Those staying at East Village can also take advantage of the fact that it’s right on the doorstep of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park,” added Rob. “That means open space and access to a great range of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars - making it the perfect location to live.”

Each fully equipped property includes a balcony, bath/shower room, lounge/dining area, entertainment package, complimentary broadband (up to 100MB), high quality linen and toweling and weekly cleaning and laundry.

“For those not travelling by train, East Village enjoys connections to the area’s extensive cycle network, with space for a bike at every home. And, for an alternative method of travel, there is easy access to London’s Water Bus service.”

Prices for serviced accommodation start at £95 per night for a 30 day minimum stay in a one bedroom property - with a three night minimum stay costing £135 per night. There are options for extended stay accommodation which can exclude housekeeping and laundry, for those on a budget.
